Museum News April 8, 2010 6th Annual Karl Strauss Award The Museum of Beer and Brewing annually recognizes an individual for “outstanding achievement in the industry of beer and brewing.” Members of the Museum nominate individuals and the Board votes on the recipient to be honored. Past recipients include the inaugural honoree, the late Karl Strauss, followed by Herb and Helen Haydock, Charlie Papazian, and the Siebel Family. Last year’s Karl Strauss Award winner was Dr. David Ryder. Members should nominate a worthy individual or group by contacting the Museum of Beer and Brewing by June 30, 2010.
